Example 1.
Refer Client A to Internal
RG-Realty Agent. RG-Agent sells home to referred
client for $250,000.00 Commission is 3% of Sale =
$7500 25% Referral Fee of Commission = $1875 You
Receive your Commission of 70% = $1312.50 That was
for just referring a client, and you do no work. No
Other Fees are taken from your commission. You don't pay monthly or
yearly dues.
Example 2.
You
show a New Construction Home to your Client. They
like it, and buy it. It costs $350,000.00 3%
Commission is Paid = $10,500.00 You Receive your
Commission of 70% = $7,350.00 No Other Fees are
taken, no other fees are charged to your clients. You Don't pay
monthly or Yearly dues! Switch
