Steps to Get on the MLS $100 Flat Fee Rental Program

  • Sign up at the SIGN ME UP page
  • Fill in the Appropriate Fields
  • Pay for your Service by Mail, In Person or now with Easy online PAYPAL Credit Card Processing (No PayPal Account Required)
  • We pull your Homes information from the county property appraisers database
  • We Prepare a Tenant Finding Service Contract custom for your home.
  • We Email your Contract to you.
  • You Print the Contract, Fill In the Blanks and Mail Back, Drop Off, or Fax back to us at Toll Free 1-877-888-7874
  • You Email us Up to 10 Photos. Your 1st Photo must be of the Front of your Home. This is an MLS requirement.
  • We process your paperwork, your photos and submit to the MLS.
  • Within 24 hours of submitting all final forms to us, you are on the MLS and on your way to selling your home!

 

Steps to Get on the MLS $1200 Flat Fee Rental Program

  • Contact your Rental Specialist Directly. 
  • or Call or Visit our Office.

  • Your Rental Specialist will meet with you to sign all contracts and prepare for showings!
  • Photos will be Taken
  • Virtual Tour Created
  • We handle and Show all Prospect Renters
  • We provide background checks on tenants
  • We assist with signing the Florida Supreme Court Approved Lease Contract between you and Tenant.

 

  • From this point, we either step aside for you to property management your own home.
  • Or, we take over the day to day dealings of Property Management as per our Property Management Agreement.

 

We Also offer you Full Tenant Finding Services with BackGround Checks, Virtual Tours and More for a Flat Fee of $1200, payable upon Tenant Contract Signing. 

We Also offer you Property Management of your Rental Home for the Low Flat Rate of $150.00 per Residential Home or Unit/ PER MONTH.  Service includes Collecting of Rents, Billing, Invoice Payments, Inspections, Tenant Handling, issue resolution, and much more!
